Refund and Returns Policy
We value your experience at Ellaniel Inspired Services and aim to provide transformational coaching and wellness services. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
1. Coaching Sessions and Services

Cancellations: Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Unsatisfactory Service: If you’re not satisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Courses)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will ensure proper access is provided.
3. Workshops and Events

Refunds: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 5 days before the event.

Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to someone else or apply it to a future event with prior notice.

No Refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
